The classes listed with AQHA have AQHA approval which is the American Quarter Horse Associaition Horse Show Approval for Points. Horses registered with AQHA can show in these classes. All of the classes count for PAC. So if you have a double registered horse (AQHA - APHA) it can show in the AQHA classes and get PAC points.
