| Bristol Lee's love of horses began at an early age when she was riding at just 3 years old with Amy Bissell showing hunters. She quickly advanced at her first A circuit show at Pebble Beach to children's hunter at just 5 and then going on to compete in competitions and events including jumpers through her school years. "I gained a classical education" training with Amy Bissell at Stepping Stone Farm. Her championships include Pickwick Equitation, Horse and Hound Children's Hunter, Santa Barbara Hunt Seat Champion, Let's Show Level 3 Jumpers to name a few. | My experience came from training my own horses to compete on the A Circuit under professional horse trainers including Amy. My favorite horse was Cadence who was a throughbred warmblood mare that I bought as a four year old and we went on to win numerous championships including the Pickwick Junior Amateur modifieds. I began training horses at Rainwater Farm in Fresno. I am now training horses out of the Historic Nelson Ranch in Woodland Ca. I enjoy teaching kids to ride and also training horses and have designed my teaching and horse training program around this. I specialize in hunter under saddle horses, equitation riders and jumpers. I also have experience preparing horses for sale as well as training and showing AQHA and APHA hunter under saddle horses. I have a beginning riding program for kids that want to start riding. I keep my prices affordable and lessons fun. I take my students that are ready to local area English schooling shows including shows at the Historic Nelson Ranch. I compete on the A-Circuit in the Jumper Division. I have junior riders and I also take horses in on training and can bring them along through Grand Prix level competition. I also offer Horse Training Clinics to teach horsemanship skills for horsemen and horsewomen ranging from beginning to intermediate to the seasoned performer to work with their horses as a TEAM.
